Job Description

Summary

The Operations Coordinator supports the boutique's commercial success by maintaining compliance and operational excellence. This role manages day-to-day administrative, financial, logistics, and inventory processes while supporting an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure boutique policies and procedures are followed, and coordinate opening and closing activities.
  • Manage product movements, shipping and receiving, inventory counts, and stock control.
  • Monitor sales transactions and paperwork, support ecommerce operations, and assist with care service workflows.
  • Maintain boutique supplies and standards, support audits, and collaborate with management and client-facing teams.
  • Contribute to operational improvements, special projects, and a collaborative boutique environment.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality operations is a plus.
  • Strong computer and MS Office skills required; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, travel for training, and move packages and products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
