Summary
The Operations Coordinator supports boutique commercial success by ensuring operational excellence and compliance. This role manages day-to-day administrative and transactional processes including financial compliance, logistics, inventory control, and boutique setup while supporting implementation of policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Ensure execution of company policies and boutique compliance
- Coordinate opening and closing procedures and daily boutique setup
- Manage product movement including shipments transfers consignments and in‑store handling
- Oversee inventory control processes including counts reconciliations and stock movements
- Monitor financial aspects of sales and submit transactional paperwork accurately and timely
- Support ecommerce and other transactional flows to ensure seamless client experience
- Partner with management on boutique audits action plans and third party vendor coordination
- Assist with care service responsibilities repair flow and related reporting
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean 5S
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
- Previous operations experience in luxury retail service or hospitality preferred
- Strong computer skills MS Office required SAP preferred
- Excellent analytical organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for training
- Ability to handle frequent moving of packages and product and multitask with accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Client service orientation and collaborative team approach
