Job Description

Summary

The Operations Coordinator supports boutique commercial success by ensuring operational excellence and compliance. This role manages day-to-day administrative and transactional processes including financial compliance, logistics, inventory control, and boutique setup while supporting implementation of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure execution of company policies and boutique compliance
  • Coordinate opening and closing procedures and daily boutique setup
  • Manage product movement including shipments transfers consignments and in‑store handling
  • Oversee inventory control processes including counts reconciliations and stock movements
  • Monitor financial aspects of sales and submit transactional paperwork accurately and timely
  • Support ecommerce and other transactional flows to ensure seamless client experience
  • Partner with management on boutique audits action plans and third party vendor coordination
  • Assist with care service responsibilities repair flow and related reporting
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean 5S

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
  • Previous operations experience in luxury retail service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong computer skills MS Office required SAP preferred
  • Excellent analytical organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for training
  • Ability to handle frequent moving of packages and product and multitask with accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Client service orientation and collaborative team approach
