Job Description

Summary

The Operations Coordinator supports the commercial success of the Cartier boutique by maintaining compliance and operational excellence. This role manages day-to-day administrative, financial, logistics, and inventory processes while helping deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate boutique opening and closing, product movements, shipping and receiving, and inventory counts.
  • Monitor sales transactions and paperwork, support ecommerce and other operational flows, and assist with audits and action plans.
  • Manage boutique supplies, uphold standards for the boutique environment, and support repair services and special projects.
  • Partner with boutique management and client-facing teams to improve workflows, share operational best practices, and achieve KPIs.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; prior luxury retail, service, or hospitality operations experience is a plus.
  • MS Office proficiency required; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed; able to move packages and products.
