Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Coordinator at Tiffany in Las Vegas, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Tiffany Experience to each customer. You will oversee the day-to-day execution of strategies with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability, working closely with both central and local teams.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all back of house operations in a Tiffany store.
  • Provide excellent client service and partner with store leadership on key initiatives to support the team and drive sales goals.
  • Act as a manager on duty when a manager is unavailable, coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, and coordinating client service activities.
  • Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
  • Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and cleaning jewelry.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support company operations efficiency objectives and mentor team members to improve performance.
  • Deepen the relationship with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
  • Carry out operations and sales support functions to achieve or exceed store sales plans.
  • Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and acting on client feedback.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with flexibility to perform different tasks based on business needs.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Preferred: A college/university degree or Graduate Gemologist degree.
