Operations Coordinator - Houston Galleria

Summary

The Operations Coordinator leads back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store and supports client service, sales goals, and store leadership. This key holder may act as manager on duty and may open or close the store.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, inventory, merchandise transfers, jewelry repairs, and cleaning.
• Support client service activities, capture customer data, and help deliver memorable in-store experiences.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow operational and internal control procedures.
• Partner with store leadership and colleagues, resolve concerns, and coach team members when acting as manager on duty.

Requirements

• Two to three years of retail operations experience, including knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Organized, detail oriented, and flexible to meet day-to-day business needs.
• Available to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A college degree and Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework are preferred.
