Job Description

Summary

Lead back-of-house operations in a luxury retail store, overseeing inventory, order fulfillment and operational processes to support sales goals. Serve as a key holder and act as manager on duty when needed, partnering with store leadership to ensure exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and inventory transfers.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
  • Act as key holder and manager on duty, including opening and closing the store and coaching team members.
  • Support client service activities, capture customer data, and drive business through key product pillars.
  • Coordinate jewelry repairs and cleaning, and execute merchandising and administrative support functions.
  • Partner with Sales Professionals and Management to respond to requests and improve operational processes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of retail experience in operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; organized and detail oriented with flexibility to perform varied tasks.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Preferred: college or university degree and Graduate Gemologist degree or prior GIA coursework.
