Job Description

Summary

The Operations Coordinator leads back of house store operations to deliver exceptional client service and support sales goals. This role performs order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and may act as manager on duty when needed. The Coordinator partners with store leadership and team members to ensure operational excellence and a memorable in store experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily operational tasks including order fulfillment shipping receiving and replenishment
  • Manage inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
  • Coordinate jewelry cleaning repairs transfers and merchandise handling
  • Act as key holder and manager on duty when management is unavailable including opening and closing duties
  • Support sales by collecting customer data and driving product pillars
  • Partner with sales professionals and management to respond to client requests
  • Support process improvements and provide feedback on operational changes
  • Mentor team members and assist management in coordinating work

Requirements

  • 2 years of prior retail operations experience including merchandising client service administration and shipping
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Organized detail oriented and flexible to perform varied tasks
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College degree or gemology coursework preferred
