Operations Coordinator

Summary

The Operations Coordinator leads back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store and supports store leadership in delivering excellent client service and achieving sales goals. This key holder may act as manager on duty and support store opening and closing when a manager is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, inventory management, and merchandise transfers.
• Support sales and client service activities, capture customer information, and help create memorable in-store experiences.
• Follow operational and internal control procedures, maintain inventory accuracy, and handle jewelry repairs and cleaning.
• Partner with store leadership and colleagues, resolve client and employee concerns, and help coach team members when acting as manager on duty.

Requirements

• Two to three years of retail operations experience, with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to perform different tasks based on business needs.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A college or university degree is preferred; a Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is also preferred.
