Job Description

Summary

The Operations Coordinator supports the commercial success of the Cartier boutique by ensuring compliance and operational excellence. This role manages daily administrative, financial, logistics, and inventory processes while supporting an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure boutique policies and procedures are understood and followed, and coordinate opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage product shipments, transfers, receiving, handling, inventory counts, stock movements, and loss prevention.
  • Monitor sales transactions and financial paperwork, and support e-commerce and other transactional processes.
  • Maintain boutique supplies, equipment, organization, and operational standards; support care services, audits, and action plans.
  • Collaborate with boutique management and client-facing teams, contribute operational improvements, and support special projects.
  • Develop knowledge of Cartier heritage, industry news, competitors, and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with careful attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, travel for training, and frequently move packages and products.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and client-service-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
