Operations Coordinator - Westport

As an Operations Coordinator at Tiffany in Westport, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Tiffany Experience to each customer. You will lead back of house operations, provide excellent client service, and support store leadership in achieving sales goals.

• Perform all back of house operations in a Tiffany store.
• Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
• Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support company operations efficiency objectives and assist management in coordinating work.
• Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
• Carry out operations and sales support functions to achieve store sales plans.
• Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and acting on client feedback.

• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to perform different tasks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: A college/university degree or Graduate Gemologist degree.
