  • Establish governance processes, project tracking tools, accountability measures, and communication plans to support successful project execution.
  • Coordinate all inbound deliveries, logistics, staging, swing-space planning, relocations, and load-out activities required to support project timelines.
  • Develop and manage resource plans, ensuring appropriate support from Facilities, vendor partners, operational teams, technology resources, and third-party contractors.

  • Review and interpret phasing plans to ensure operational readiness, business continuity, customer experience protection, and successful execution of each project phase.
  • Identify opportunities to minimize disruption to customers, associates, selling operations, fulfillment activities, and leased businesses during construction.
  • Track project milestones, operational impacts, and transformation deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

Leased Partner & Luxury Brand Management

  • Maintain strong partnerships with leased departments, luxury brands, and external vendors throughout project planning, execution and after shop openings.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for leased partners, ensuring alignment on project timelines, logistics requirements, business impacts, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate partner transitions, relocations, temporary closures, openings, merchandising activities, and readiness plans during renovation projects.
  • Ensure leased partners remain informed and engaged throughout all phases of construction, modernization, and transformation efforts.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Store Leadership, Construction, and Facilities teams to support successful luxury brand openings and flagship enhancement initiatives.
  • Facilitate resolution of operational issues impacting leased partners, including access, logistics, customer experience, facilities support, and project sequencing.

Business Continuity & Operational Readiness

  • Ensure business continuity throughout all phases of transformation by developing and executing operational readiness plans.
  • Partner with operational leaders to protect sales generation, fulfillment execution, customer service, and associate productivity during construction activities.
  • Coordinate communication and change management activities to support associates, leaders, vendors, and leased partners throughout project implementation.
  • Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact to customers, associates, and business performance.
  • Support execution of temporary operating models, space transitions, and customer service enhancements required during project phases.

Budget & Financial Management

  • Own and manage the Non-Operating Expense budget related to flagship transformation projects and operational support activities.
  • Monitor project-related expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure fiscal accountability throughout all phases of transformation.
  • Partner with leadership teams, Finance, and project stakeholders to forecast expenses and manage budget performance.
  • Support evaluation of project investments, operational impacts, and resource requirements to ensure responsible financial stewardship.
  • Track operational costs associated with construction, relocations, temporary support needs, and business continuity activities.

Project Closeout & Accountability

  • Drives the project punch-list process, ensuring all outstanding items are documented, tracked, and resolved upon project completion.
  • Verify that all construction, facilities, operational, and partner requirements are met before project sign-off.
  • Coordinate final inspections, operational reviews, and partner walkthroughs to ensure project deliverables are completed to expectation.
  • Measure project outcomes against transformation objectives and operational success metrics.
  • Provide post-project evaluations, lessons learned, and recommendations to support continuous improvement for future transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure successful transition from project implementation to ongoing operational ownership.
