Job Description

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to oversee our Wholesale department at KREWE. Based in New Orleans, you will manage the execution of selling strategy, optimize processes, build sales teams, and drive operational excellence within the Wholesale division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for leadership and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable operational workflows to support wholesale growth targets.
  • Optimize order processing, fulfillment accuracy, and return management.
  • Drive continuous improvement across tools, systems, and reporting frameworks.
  • Own the wholesale marketing calendar, aligning campaign strategy with sales objectives.
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to develop seasonal assets and promotional toolkits.
  • Oversee trade show logistics and seasonal event execution.
  • Lead evaluation and ongoing optimization of ERP, B2B ordering, and CRM tools.
  • Establish reporting cadence for performance and financial reporting.
  • Directly oversee the wholesale operations and customer service team.
  • Support onboarding and enablement of reps and key account partners.
  • Act as the key operational liaison between wholesale, planning, logistics, finance, marketing, and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in wholesale operations, planning, or revenue/sales operations.
  • Proven ability to design and scale operational processes and achieve business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in ERP and inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of wholesale industry trends and best practices.
