Operations Expert - Boston Copley

Loewe is seeking an experienced Operations Expert to join its Boston Copley Place boutique. This role involves directing the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring compliance with shipping and receiving policies, and maintaining inventory efficiently.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion.
• Support sales staff with merchandise needs not on the sales floor.
• Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and participate in inventory counts.
• Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
• Assist in general housekeeping and store maintenance.
• Support visual merchandising and operations needs.
• Lead client delivery processes and troubleshoot issues.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exposure to luxury retail preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
