Summary

The Operations Lead drives operational excellence and inventory performance in a high-volume retail environment. This role leads inventory accuracy, optimization, and training while partnering with store and regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory flows, accuracy, optimization, and hands-on team coaching.
• Partner with retail leadership on inventory accuracy and integrity plans.
• Ensure bin management follows policy standards.
• Coordinate inventory preparation, execution, reconciliation, and discrepancy follow-up.
• Create inventory schedules with the Regional Inventory Operations Manager.
• Research missing inventory, shrink, transactions, movements, adjustments, bins, and open purchase orders.

Requirements

• Previous management experience leading operations in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in luxury.
• Expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
