Operations Lead

Summary

The Operations Lead supports store operations by mentoring the team, ensuring high standards of client experience, and managing back of house functions including inventory, shipping and receiving, and facility maintenance. This role assists the Operations Manager, provides on-site technological support, and drives operational objectives to improve business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in leading and mentoring store team members.
• Train staff on operational procedures and communication systems.
• Manage inventory and oversee shipping and receiving lifecycle.
• Ensure proper preparation and packaging of client merchandise and delivery support.
• Facilitate flow of repairs and support aftersales critical metrics.
• Maintain organization and security of back of house areas.
• Support store facility maintenance and act as on-site technology resource.
• Encourage collaboration and a positive work environment.
• Support selling and sales floor management as needed.

• Proven operational experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
• Experience managing inventory and shipping receiving processes.

• Capability to troubleshoot and support delivery and repairs processes.
