Summary
The Operations Manager is a store leader responsible for operational excellence, commercial support, and elevated client experiences across two Aspen locations. This role combines operations, people leadership, and floor presence to support sales growth and ensure consistent brand standards. The manager partners with regional teams to plan for seasonal peaks and maintain inventory and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational execution across both Aspen stores ensuring consistency and compliance with standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory accuracy, cash controls, shipping receiving, and asset protection
- Plan for seasonal peaks events and high-volume periods to ensure operational readiness
- Serve as a visible leader on the sales floor supporting client engagement and service recovery
- Support selling teams by removing operational barriers and assisting with escalations
- Analyze sales productivity and client KPIs and translate insights into operational actions
- Recruit onboard coach and develop operational talent across both locations
- Partner with HR regional operations merchandising and asset protection on initiatives and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience with 2 to 3 years in operational or multi functional leadership
- Experience in luxury retail and managing complex operations in high volume or seasonal environments preferred
- Strong operational acumen commercial mindset and organizational analytical skills
- Proven ability to support commercial performance through operational leadership and floor presence
- Polished communication style professional presence and client centric approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office POS CRM and inventory management systems
