Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Manager at Gucci Atlanta Phipps, you will lead the store operations team, ensuring efficient stockroom management and exceptional client service. You will collaborate with the Store Director to drive operational excellence and support the selling process.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and develop operational excellence across all store aspects.
  • Assess operations with a commercial mindset and propose improvements.
  • Train new hires and existing staff on operating policies and procedures.
  • Coach and develop team members in operations, customer service, and sales support.
  • Liaise with corporate departments as needed.
  • Serve as a leader to the store team and partner with the Store Director.
  • Function as Manager on Duty, assist with floor coverage, and manage client purchases.
  • Support shipping and receiving processes and resolve issues.
  • Ensure accurate and organized store inventory.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving operational process problems.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents.
  • Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Place orders for office and store supplies.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software.
  • Assist in training new Team Manager - Operations in other locations.
  • Travel and assist in store openings, closures, and remodels.
