Operations Manager - Cedar Rapids Fulfillment Center

As an Operations Manager at the Cedar Rapids Fulfillment Center, you will lead and develop teams to support business strategies, ensuring safety, quality, and performance. You will be responsible for delivering on customer promises and meeting financial standards through effective management and process improvements.

• Support business strategy by driving results for safety, quality, and performance.
• Lead, develop, and grow a team of about 20 employees.
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train resources.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees while monitoring job performance.
• Drive professional and technical knowledge through workshops and professional societies.
• Own process improvement efforts through problem-solving and project management.
• Meet financial standards by providing budget information and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive KPI metrics and facility performance scorecards.

• 5+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Proven capability in implementing CI actions for cost, service, and quality improvements.
• Experience in developing leadership competencies in direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Ability to analyze data and determine actions for improvement opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
