Overview
We are a premium apparel and lifestyle brand with retail operations in Provincetown, Massachusetts and an upcoming direct-to-consumer ecommerce launch. The brand is known for elevated essentials — t-shirts, polos, shorts, athletic wear, accessories and curated antiques — grounded in quality, confidence, and a knowing sense of humor. We draw energy from pop culture, nightlife, and a distinctly British sense of style and iconography, with a polished, intentional point of view.
Inspired by classic icons of confidence, allure, and magnetism — Princess Diana, Elizabeth Taylor, and Cary Grant — we blend glamour, wit, and attitude through an inclusive lens. The clothes are designed to help people express the most confident, self-aware versions of themselves whether that’s at work, on the street, at the gym, or out at night.
We are seeking an operations manager to oversee retail, e-commerce, production, and business infrastructure. This role is designed to function as a strategic counterweight to the founder — someone who can own execution, absorb operational pressure, and represent the brand decisively with external partners, while protecting the founder’s focus on vision, product, and creative direction.
This role requires judgment, independence, emotional steadiness, and authority.
The position is primarily remote and New York City based with seasonal residence in Provincetown during the summer retail period. Housing stipend provided.
