- Serve as a leader to the store team and execute operational standards.
- Create a positive work environment and function as Manager on Duty.
- Support shipping and receiving processes and resolve issues.
- Ensure accurate store inventory and oversee cycle counts and inventories.
- Identify and resolve operational process problems.
- Maintain clear operations documents and procedures.
- Process repairs and damages according to guidelines.
- Assist with boutique maintenance and supply orders.
Requirements- 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Assist in training new Team Manager - Operations in other locations.
- Travel and assist in store openings, closures, and remodels.
