Operations Manager

As a Fendi Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store’s operations, team scheduling, merchandise, and customer service. They will also be responsible for supporting the achievement of the sales objectives, maintaining, and achieving operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams, and developing associates as needed. They will work closely with the Store Leaders by imparting critical business knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, luxury experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in store operations.
• Ability to run schedules and deadlines.
• Minimum intermediate level digital literacy required.
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule: ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.

The base compensation for this role is $90,000-$115,000USD plus retail bonus. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
