Operations Manager

Summary

The Operations Manager oversees and optimizes day-to-day operational activities to support efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role implements best practices and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and delivery notes, monitor shipping and delivery, and manage product allocation.
• Conduct finance follow-ups and process customer credits, returns, and manual adjustments.
• Coordinate concierge communications, resolve website requests, research product availability, and manage customer feedback platforms.
• Follow up on internal systems issues and liaise with IT to resolve tickets.
• Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform decisions.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role; luxury-sector experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with order management systems, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
