Operations Manager In Training - New Graduate And Early Career

Summary

This accelerated development program prepares early-career candidates for leadership roles in supply chain operations. Participants rotate through fulfillment and distribution center departments while developing operational, analytical, and people-leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily departmental processes and rotate across departments, shifts, or buildings.
• Coach and mentor warehouse associates and assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training.
• Promote workplace safety and use data to improve departmental performance.
• Track KPIs, communicate performance gaps and project progress, and support continuous improvement.
• Partner with Human Resources, Safety, Production Control, Inventory, and Transportation teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• At least two years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, or a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Pursuing or recently completed a relevant bachelor's degree, with graduation between January and December 2026 or within the past 18 months.
• Approximately zero to one year of people-leadership experience.
• Able to work full-time on-site, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and adapt to morning, night, and weekend shifts.
• Willing to relocate during or after the program.
