- Support employee selection, onboarding, and training to build effective teams.
- Prioritize safety efforts to ensure a safe working environment for all teams.
- Use data and analysis to improve departmental performance.
- Communicate effectively to report on KPIs, bridge performance gaps, and track progress on projects.
- Engage with various warehouse systems and continuous improvement processes.
- Solve operational issues and partner with Site Support teams such as HR, Safety, and Inventory.
- Embody Nordstrom core values and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Uphold company policies and guidelines, using good judgment in all situations.
- Drive KPI metrics and facility performance scorecards.
Requirements- 2+ years of warehouse experience in a DC/FC or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Desire to combine fulfillment expertise, love of fashion, and leadership aspirations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Physical ability to bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift 50lb boxes.
- Full-time on-site work at FC/DC.
- Willingness to relocate for rotational development and promotional opportunities.
- Flexibility to work various schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
