Operations Manager In Training

Summary

This accelerated development program prepares emerging leaders for future roles in supply chain operations. Participants gain hands-on experience across fulfillment and distribution center departments while building leadership, analytical, and communication skills. The program begins in February 2027 and includes rotations across departments, shifts, or buildings.

Responsibilities

• Support daily departmental processes and work with operations managers to meet goals and objectives.
• Coach and mentor warehouse associates, and assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training.
• Rotate across departments, shifts, or buildings to develop knowledge of fulfillment and distribution operations.
• Promote workplace safety and use data to improve departmental performance.
• Report on KPIs, identify performance gaps, and track projects and process improvements.
• Partner with support teams to resolve operational issues and drive facility performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, or a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation by December 2026, or graduated within the last 18 months.
• Approximately 0-1 year of formal or informal people-leadership experience.
• Available to work full-time on-site, adapt to various shifts, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open to relocation during or after the program.
