Summary
Accelerated rotational development opportunity within a Fulfillment and Distribution Center to prepare future supply chain leaders through hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to operations, systems, and continuous improvement. The role requires full-time on-site work at the designated distribution center with variable shift schedules and may include relocation during or after the program.
Responsibilities
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and workshops to build leadership and management skills
- Support Operations Managers in executing daily departmental processes to meet goals
- Rotate between departments, shifts, or buildings to gain operational experience
- Coach and mentor warehouse associates to drive performance and development
- Assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training
- Prioritize and promote ongoing safety efforts in the facility
- Use data and analysis to improve departmental performance and KPIs
- Partner with HR, Safety, Production Control, Inventory, and Transportation to solve operational issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse experience in a DC or FC or an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Will graduate between January 2025 and January 2026 with an undergraduate degree in supply chain related field if using education in lieu of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel knowledge
- Ability to work full-time on-site and adapt to various shift schedules including mornings, nights, and weekends
- Comfortable with hands-on work including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
