Operations Manager In Training

Summary

This accelerated rotational program prepares early-career candidates for leadership roles in supply chain operations. Participants gain hands-on experience across fulfillment and distribution center departments while developing leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily departmental processes and rotate across departments, shifts, or buildings.
• Coach and mentor warehouse associates and assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training.
• Promote workplace safety and use data to improve departmental performance.
• Report on KPIs, track projects and process improvements, and help address performance gaps.
• Partner with site support teams to resolve operational issues and drive facility performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, or a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Pursuing or recently completed a relevant bachelor's degree, with graduation by December 2026 or within the last 18 months.
• Approximately 0-1 year of formal or informal people-leadership experience.
• Available to work full time on-site, adapt to varying shifts, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open to relocation during or after the program.
