Summary
Accelerated rotational development program preparing emerging leaders for supply chain operations in a fulfillment and distribution center. The role provides hands-on experience across departments to build leadership, analytical, and communication skills while supporting daily operations and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and workshops to develop leadership and management skills
- Support Operations Managers in executing daily departmental processes to meet goals
- Rotate between departments, shifts, or buildings to gain operational exposure
- Coach and mentor warehouse associates to drive performance and development
- Assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training to build strong teams
- Prioritize and promote ongoing safety efforts in the facility
- Use data and analysis to improve departmental performance and KPIs
- Partner with HR, Safety, Production Control, Inventory, and Transportation to resolve operational issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience in a DC or FC or a relevant bachelor’s degree
- Current students or recent graduates with degrees in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related fields
- Approximately 0–1 year of people leadership exposure or emerging leadership experience
- Ability to work full-time on-site in a hands-on fulfillment environment and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings nights and weekends
- Open to relocation during or after the program for career opportunities
- Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills
