Job Description

Summary

Accelerated rotational development program to prepare emerging leaders for Supply Chain Operations Manager roles through hands-on experience in fulfillment and distribution centers. Participants will build leadership, analytical, and communication skills while rotating across departments and working closely with experienced managers and senior leadership. The program begins in June 2026 and is aimed at candidates graduating between January 2025 and June 2026 or recent graduates within 18 months.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in trainings, meetings, and workshops to develop leadership and management skills.
  • Support Supply Chain Operations Managers in daily departmental processes to meet goals and objectives.
  • Rotate between departments, shifts, or buildings to gain operational experience.
  • Coach and mentor warehouse associates to drive performance and development.
  • Assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training.
  • Prioritize safety efforts to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Use data and analysis to improve departmental performance and report on KPIs.
  • Partner with Site Support teams such as Human Resources, Safety, Production Control, Inventory, and Transportation to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience in a distribution or fulfillment center or a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Candidates may be currently pursuing a bachelor’s with anticipated graduation in Spring 2026 or have graduated within the last 18 months.
  • Approximately 0–1 year of people leadership exposure is acceptable for this early career role.
  • Able to work full-time on-site in a hands-on fulfillment environment and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to adapt to various shift schedules including mornings, nights, and weekends.
  • Open to relocation during or after the program for expanded career opportunities.
  • Ability to use warehouse systems and engage in continuous improvement and operational problem solving.
