Operations Manager - Miami Design District

As an Operations Manager at Fendi in the Miami Design District, you will oversee the store's operations, including team scheduling, merchandise management, and customer service. You will support sales objectives, maintain operational and merchandising standards, and develop a motivated team. Collaborating with Store Leaders, you will impart critical business knowledge.

• Ensure store operations align with company policies and accurately operate the POS system.
• Maintain the store facility, coordinating maintenance and ensuring organization of all areas.
• Control store expenses, cash levels, and transaction processing.
• Lead inventory management, asset protection, and collaborate with loss prevention efforts.
• Maintain store equipment and manage shipping and receiving processes.
• Process HR paperwork, ensure policy compliance, and train new hires.

• Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, luxury experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in store operations.
• Ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
• Intermediate digital literacy and POS system proficiency.
• Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
