Operations Manager - Miami Design District

Summary

The Operations Manager oversees boutique operations, inventory management, product flow, and administrative processes. Reporting to the Store Director, this role ensures operational compliance and accuracy while supporting an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage product flow, shipping and receiving, inventory controls, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
• Lead back-of-house shipping and support client orders, transfers, and aftersales processes.
• Conduct store audits and ensure adherence to operational, safety, loss prevention, and company standards.
• Oversee operational systems, facilities, vendor relationships, and operational team development.
• Partner with management on scheduling, expenses, boutique standards, and omnichannel services.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of retail operations experience, including inventory, logistics, POS systems, and audits.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
