Operations Manager - Returns

As an Operations Manager - Returns at the Cedar Rapids Fulfillment Center, you will lead and develop teams to support business strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving results through coaching, performance management, and financial oversight.

• Support business strategy by driving safety, quality, and performance.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 20 employees.
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train resources.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees to drive results.
• Enhance professional and technical knowledge through workshops and networking.
• Own process improvement efforts using problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Meet financial standards by budgeting, monitoring expenditures, and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive KPI metrics and facility performance scorecards.

• 5+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Proven capability in implementing CI actions for cost, service, and quality improvements.
• Experience in developing leadership competencies in direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Ability to analyze data and determine improvement actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
