- Lead implementation of Logistics Operating Model changes and Lean/5S initiatives.
- Oversee facility health elements to support safe and efficient operations.
- Participate in SAP and EWM system health checks and testing.
- Partner with Training Ambassadors to identify operational needs and establish cross-training initiatives.
- Support associate development programs and create SOPs and training checklists.
- Lead change management efforts and analyze audit program results.
- Establish individual and team objectives and lead performance review processes.
- Drive team building initiatives and lead actions from employee engagement feedback.
Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management systems; SAP experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Knowledge of Lean concepts, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment.
- Adaptive leadership qualities and ability to work a flexible schedule.
