Job Description

Summary

Responsible for supporting the Store Director by overseeing operational and administrative functions to increase store turnover and ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR, sustainability and stock organization standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct rotation of goods in the warehouse
  • Prepare annual inventory and investigate discrepancies
  • Follow up and control monthly turning inventories and action plans
  • Implement Back Office action plans defined with HQ and Store Director and guarantee follow up
  • Support leadership to ensure sales staff reach KPI goals
  • Maintain store image in line with corporate standards and train staff on standards
  • Manage customer complaint escalation and back office processes
  • Support recruitment supervision and management of team including administrative assistant cashiers stock keepers security tailor

Requirements

  • Commitment to participate in an innovative project
  • Significant experience managing stock and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years)
  • Successful managerial experience overseeing a team of three or more
  • Strong interpersonal skills and persuasiveness
  • Ability to implement and follow operational processes
