Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Manager at Saint Laurent in Denver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing store turnover by ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements. You will assist the Store Director in managing all operational and administrative functions within the store.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure correct rotation of goods in the warehouse.
  • Prepare annual inventory and address any discrepancies.
  • Control monthly inventories and implement specific action plans.
  • Implement Back Office action plans and ensure follow-up at the store level.
  • Support the Store Director and Department Manager in achieving KPIs.
  • Maintain the store's image in line with corporate standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and back office processes effectively.
  • Assist in managing a team including administrative assistants, cashiers, and stock keepers.
Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in stock management and administrative tasks.
  • Proven managerial experience with a team of 3 or more.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
