Job Description

Summary

The Operations Manager will partner with store, regional, and corporate teams to drive operational excellence across the retail network, balancing compliance with resource optimization to enhance the client experience. This role oversees daily operations, inventory flow, after-sales processes, maintenance, and health and safety compliance while advising store leadership on complex operational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational effectiveness and implement store operations strategy
  • Manage product flow and inventory control processes
  • Oversee after-sales processes and customer service operations
  • Ensure maintenance, store upkeep, and asset protection
  • Administer and enforce policies and health and safety compliance
  • Manage staff schedules and collaborate with management to optimize resources
  • Provide advisory support to the Store Director on operational solutions
  • Drive initiatives to enhance sales and stock management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail operations or store leadership
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and product flow
  • Experience enforcing policies and health and safety standards
  • Ability to manage schedules and optimize operational resources
  • Excellent problem solving and advisory skills for store leadership
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to delivering a superior client experience
