Job Description

Summary

The Operations Manager oversees the boutique's day-to-day operational processes and supports its commercial success through compliance and operational excellence. The role manages and develops the Operations team while overseeing financial processes, logistics, inventory control, and implementation of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the team understands and follows Maison policies, procedures, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee product movement, inventory counts, transactional paperwork, boutique supplies, and client repair processes.
  • Partner with boutique management on operating costs, audits, display maintenance, and efficient opening and closing procedures.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members, communicate performance expectations, and promote an inclusive, collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams on operational tools, training, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Five to eight years of operations management experience in luxury retail, including experience leading leaders and managing direct reports.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel overnight as needed.
