- Coordinate and confirm execution of training efforts.
Requirements- 6-8 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management.
- Proven track record in managing store operations and profitability.
- Experience working with senior retail leadership strategically.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong partnership-building skills.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% and work non-traditional hours.
