Operations Manager - Tyson's Galleria

As an Operations Manager at Tyson's Galleria, you will lead the store operations team, ensuring efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory. You will support the business by overseeing operations and providing exceptional service to clients, while partnering with the Store Director to manage all aspects of the store.

• Drive and develop operational excellence across the store.
• Assess operations with a commercial mindset and propose improvements.
• Train new hires and existing staff on operating policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop team members in operations, customer service, and sales support.
• Liaise with corporate departments as needed.
• Serve as a leader to the store team and partner with management to execute standards.
• Provide support with shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Ensure accurate store inventory and oversee cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Assist with store maintenance and supply orders.

• 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software.
• Ability to travel and assist in store openings, closures, and remodels.
