Job Description

Summary

Lead store operations and oversee stockroom, inventory accuracy, and operational processes while partnering with store leadership to support sales and deliver exceptional client service. Act as a manager on duty, drive operational excellence, and liaise with corporate departments to ensure smooth store functioning and compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day to day store operations and supervise operational team activities
  • Oversee shipping receiving processes and resolve related issues
  • Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts scheduled inventories and reconciliation
  • Train new hires and coach staff on operating policies procedures and customer service
  • Serve as Manager on Duty for floor coverage purchases and store opening and closing
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose strategic improvements
  • Maintain clear operations documentation and ensure adherence to guidelines
  • Process repairs damages and manage merchandise movement including transfers
  • Coordinate with corporate departments such as Inventory Planning Inventory Control and Accounts Payable

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years operations experience in retail luxury retail or service industry in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical problem solving and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software programs
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to train and develop operations team members and support openings closures and remodels
