Summary
Responsible for overseeing back of house operations to support store productivity and customer service, reporting to the General Manager. Ensures inventory accuracy, efficient shipping and receiving, facility upkeep, and professional communication with staff and management. Works closely with management to strategize inventory levels and achieve shrink goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all inventory and BOH areas
- Support store sales productivity through timely and accurate inventory processing
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and cost effectively
- Strategize with management regarding inventory levels to maximize sales
- Perform monthly cycle counts and report discrepancies to AM and Inventory Control Manager
- Enforce security measures and maintain inventory accuracy to meet shrink goals
- Assist in preparation, execution and reconciliation of physical inventories
- Process store damages monthly according to procedure
- Maintain store facilities and equipment and handle internal customer repair issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a retail environment
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficient with retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel and email
- Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task effectively
- High energy, team oriented and entrepreneurial personality
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking and lifting up to 50lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
