Operations Manager - Waikiki

Summary

The Operations Manager oversees the boutique's non-selling functions as part of the leadership team. This role manages day-to-day store operations and supports the Boutique Manager and Boutique Director.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, point-of-sale functions, shipping and receiving, after-sales service, loss prevention, supply orders, expense control, and facilities maintenance.
• Maintain workforce records and documentation, operate and oversee POS and inventory systems, and ensure equipment and facilities are maintained.
• Develop and train the workforce, provide outstanding customer service, manage priorities, and uphold consistent workplace standards.
• Assist with management of all boutique operations as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise and fixtures; willingness to travel as needed.
