Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Manager at Woodbury Commons, you will play a crucial role in enhancing store operations and efficiencies. You will be responsible for implementing brand guidelines and providing innovative solutions to improve customer service and retail operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead projects and ensure effective communication and organization within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement key improvements and operational efficiencies to protect product assets and support store operations.
  • Conduct training for new hires and ongoing training on store operating systems.
  • Lead operational projects and support the store and HQ during launches.
  • Develop forecasting tools for business planning in sales, stock, and payroll projections.
  • Manage vendor relationships and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and manage store facilities.
  • Monitor P&L aspects to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of USA Retail Laws and Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
