Operations Professional - Atlanta

As an Operations Professional at Tiffany & Co. in Atlanta, you will be the heart of the back of house operations, working effectively with sales professionals, management, corporate partners, and clients to drive store sales and profitability. You will provide exceptional client service, order fulfillment, inventory management, and ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.

• Deepen the relationship with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
• Support the store in achieving or exceeding sales plans.
• Capture data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.
• Handle internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence.
• Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
• Provide operational support including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
• Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory.
• Communicate effectively with Sales Professionals, management, and clients.
• Ensure all activities maximize productivity and provide feedback on process changes.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: College/university degree or GIA coursework.
