Summary

As an Operations Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing order fulfillment and inventory, and ensuring all merchandise is delivered with the highest standard of care. This role requires a commitment to operational excellence, service, and sales, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Ensure merchandise is delivered with the highest standard of care.
• Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador.
• Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Complete daily operational tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
• Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory and report discrepancies.
• Partner with client advisors and management to respond to requests quickly and accurately.
• Elevate in-store experience and deliver memorable moments.
• Deepen relationships with clients to drive loyalty and spend.
• Handle internal and external correspondence to generate sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to connect with clients and be organized and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to perform various tasks based on business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
• Desired: A college/university degree.
