Operations Professional - Century City

As an Operations Professional at Tiffany Century City, you will be at the heart of back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and inventory management. You will work closely with client advisors, management, and corporate partners to drive store sales and profitability while providing outstanding client service.

• Provide exceptional client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
• Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador.
• Champion operational efficiency and complete daily tasks such as shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
• Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory and report discrepancies.
• Partner with client advisors and management to respond to product and service requests.
• Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
• Support company operations efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process changes.
• Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
• Handle internal and external correspondence to generate sales opportunities.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to perform different tasks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College/university degree preferred.
