Operations Professional - Chestnut Hill

As an Operations Professional at Tiffany & Co. in Chestnut Hill, you will be the heart of the back of house operations, working collaboratively with sales professionals, management, corporate partners, and clients to drive store sales and profitability. You will provide exceptional client service, manage inventory, and ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.

• Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and spend.
• Support the store in achieving or exceeding sales plans.
• Capture data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.
• Handle internal and external correspondence to optimize sales opportunities.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
• Execute daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
• Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with Sales Professionals, management, and clients.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: College/university degree or GIA coursework.
