Operations Professional - Palm Beach Gardens

As an Operations Professional at our Palm Beach Gardens location, you will be the backbone of our store's operations, ensuring seamless processes and exceptional client service. You will work closely with sales professionals, management, and corporate partners to drive store sales and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of the Tiffany brand.

• Provide exceptional client service and support order fulfillment, inventory management, and merchandise delivery.
• Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales, capturing data during interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.
• Handle internal and external communications to optimize sales opportunities.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador, utilizing product knowledge to maximize client satisfaction.
• Execute daily operational tasks such as shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers.
• Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Communicate effectively with sales professionals, management, and clients to respond to requests for product and service information.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to perform various tasks based on business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: College/university degree and/or gemologist degree or GIA coursework.
