Operations Professional - Phipps

The Operations Professional is the heart of the back of house operations in a Tiffany store, located in Atlanta Phipps. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, working effectively with client advisors, management, corporate partners, and clients to drive store sales and profitability. The Operations Professional must think strategically while being hands-on, focusing on clients, people, and brand desirability.

• Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
• Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
• Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management.
• Partner and communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients.
• Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
• Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
• Support company operations efficiency objectives.
• Deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime dedication and spend.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: A college/university degree.
