Operations Professional - Century City

As an Operations Professional at Tiffany & Co. in Century City, you will play a crucial role in the back of house operations, contributing to store sales and profitability. You will work closely with client advisors, management, corporate partners, and clients to ensure operational excellence and deliver outstanding client service.

• Provide exceptional client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
• Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
• Assist with reconciling merchandise inventory and report discrepancies.
• Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests promptly.
• Support the store in achieving or exceeding commercial targets.
• Collect data during client interactions to support client cultivation.
• Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence.

• 2 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to connect with Tiffany clients and be organized and detail-oriented.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
